Don't know why it's so high. Whatever, got it done in 90 mins from power on to clean up.
 
Notes

Ended with 3.5 gal into fermenter, topped up to 5 gals OG of 1.060.
As part of a class, managed to get it in the fermenter in 90 mins, from power on to end of clean up.
Already past high krausen 20 hours later.
