Notes

This is a split 10 gallon batch:
5 gallons fermented with S-05 yeast
5 gallons fermented with Belle Saison
Wild raspberries were frozen then soaked in vodka for a couple weeks then strained and added to kegs. Used wine soaked oak chips on the saison
