The warm carbonation-less beer has a great flavor profile. It's got plenty of clove flavor up front with a mixture of more subtle fruity (banana, etc) flavors at the end, as well as the taste of the grain. Great flavor! Looking forward to seeing how it is carbonated.
Also, I decided to use these easy priming sugar balls I found at Bob's. |

Appearance: Light golden with a slight haze. Fizzy, bright white head that dissolves quickly.
Aroma: Fruity sweet, with a hint of spicy complexity in the background.
Taste: Honey cereal finish. Fruity tart in the middle. Clove and a crisp carbonation bite at the beginning.
Mouthfeel: very light, a bit of a smoothness from the wheat, but overall comes off as a very dry beer. |
