Notes

I kept the lid on during the Mash. I should have left it off. I am sure the temp was not low enough to 150. efficiency was 58%

March 2023

I put the dry hops in at start of fermentation during pitching. 2nd dry hop at 7 days. efficiency was 66%. First batch with Grainfather.
Og 1.068 fg 1.010 = 7.61% used us-04 dry yeast

Used west coast water 7.7g Gypsum, 0.65g epsom salt, 2.6g CaCl, 0.75 MgCl

used base for Mosaic somehow had high efficiency og 1.078 Fg 1.017 8% IBU 80
