Notes

Sour with 8oz (inside sanitized grain bag) of un-milled 2-row for 8-48 hrs / target ph of 3.5

Boil 15 min, following hop addition and normal steps

Chill and pitch / ferment at 70

Dry hop at high kraussen

After Kraussen has fallen add fruit / wait 7 days

Cold crash and fine 18 hours later, then rack to keg following day

Burst carb for 24hrs @ 40psi and serve

Alternate yeast option: L13 Global at 45 degrees
