Notes

Based of the Locomotive Pale Ale found here on Brewers Friend. This is American Pale Ale with Habaneros.

For the Habaneros, I used 12 habaneros, blended them, threw into a mason jar with 4oz of Vodka. Let that sit for 2 weeks in the fridge, than at kegging, only used 2oz of this "extract". Anymore it would be too much any less not enough.


I also used a different keg, and tap just for their beer.
