Notes

This last brew after 3 weeks in the bottle is so close to what I was looking for I think it's dead on for style and taste. Another week or two will improve it I'm sure. I started the fermentation temp at 65° after four days raised it to 74° over a period of 9 days

1) When I last brewed this I did not have WLP400 so I used Wyeast Belgian Witbier 3944

2) Next brew will bump up the Grains of Paradise to 2 grams

3) Slightly toasted the Coriander on the stove-top before crushing
