Notes
  • Accidentally boiled the mash 15 min longer then I was supposed to. 60 min instead of 45.
  • I steeped the 2 oz of cocoa nibs @ the 15 minute mark inside muslin bag
  • I also added 2 oz of lactose instead of 3. That was a last-minute decision to add-on for next time.
