Carbing up well but a little sweet/caramel still. Also slight buttery aroma and aftertaste.. still very young though! Could be diacetyl from oxidation and/or early bottling. Leave another week at warm temp to attempt clean up. |

Much improved. Crisper, still a caramel base with perhaps some butteriness as it warms up, but citrus / pine hop flavours starting to come through. |
