Notes
  • rinse rice hulls thoroughly first then add to mash along with other grains
  • mash overnight
  • ferment at 68 degrees
  • OG 1.072 (aimed for 72% eff but got 80%)
  • FG 1.008
  • Bottled with 110g of priming sugar for 4.25 gal
  • Days later, tasting good, definitely carbed up. Bit of an alcohol heat
  • First legit good beer!
