oops fucked up volumes. was supposed to be 7.16g strike water yielding 6.17g boil. topping up but the salts/acid may be a bit off. adding 1ml more acid |

Same same. Possibly down a touch but possibly not. Tastes good. Took off blow off and put on cap. Set controller to 23.5c for 2 more days then drop to 3c so can package monday |

Dropped a little bit more, maybe. Weirdly seemed to fill the keg about as full as it would go. Hung the dry hops in the keg, put on 40psi |

Visually matches style perfectly. Taste wise a bit undercarbed so far, but seems good. Bit more bitter than I would prefer? which the bu/gu ratio bore out. So recipe I guess |

Gave Erik and John a try. They liked it. John mentioned not as 'creamy' at the start as other neipas but finishes creamy. I think a handful of oats in the mash wouldn't be a bad idea |
