Notes

Got WY 2112 because they didn't have any the Oktoberfest Blend at the homebrew shop. We'll see how this turns out!

BREWED 7/22/2018: Using WY2112 California because LHBS didn't have Oktoberfest. I wanted to drop the mash temp closer to 150, compared to the 155 original, but I went way too high. First 10-20 minutes of mash were above 155, then dropped closer to 152.
