Suggested changes:

  • Mix Mash every 15 Mins, 1.5Hour Mash Minimum.
  • Mix mash at-least twice when sparging.
  • Use the extra wort run off to clean out the pump of higher quality wort by putting it in the boil pot when empty.
  • Take a pre-boil reading and re-flow more sparge or just left over sparge if necessary. (pre boil should be higher than target SG)
    -Seperate Extra Sparge into 5L increments of quality.
