With estimated ice, the water bath hit a minimum of 61.8116 degrees at around midnight and then slowly rose in temperature to 65.1866 by 8:30 this morning. |

Took a couple days to get the keg cleaned and rebuilt. Got a Cornelius keg wrench for the purpose at city people. Yay!
Also, took a while to get the force carbonation decent. Had to replace the CO2 canister. |

I call it "spicy water." It is pretty weak in alcohol. It's got decent yeast flavors. Banana mostly, with a touch of clove spice. Reading up on things, I've theorized that in order to get more clove flavor, I've got to pitch more yeast. This batch was pitch with a low amount. |
