Notes

Wash fresh blueberries and allow to dry. Freeze-dry in freezer by lining a baking tray with berries (single height), one load at a time. Once frozen collect in container and keep in freezer, repeat until all berries are freeze-dried.

After yeast activity has settled in fermentor (after about a week), remove berries from freezer and rinse with one-step sanitizer. Keep covered and add to fermentor. Give it another 2 weeks, watching out for blow-off from secondary fermentation.
