1272 is an excellent yeast for these - better (cleaner) than 1318
Imperial equivalent is A15 Independance

Green Tea was 15 standard bags added to keg for about 24 hours in the dry hop filter tube thing.

8oz of hops makes a nice light pale ale / 16oz makes a true fruity IPA
