Jeg kjørte cold crash i 4 dager etter gjæring før jeg kegget denne. Hvis du flaskekarbonerer, så anbefaler jeg å bruke 4g sukker pr liter og karboneringsgjær som f.eks. CBC-1 pga alkoholstyrken. Jeg brukte denne da jeg flaskekarbonerte en imperial stout for en stund tilbake (ABV 11.1%), og den fungerer kjempebra
