Notes

Followed Chinook IPA recipe from Northern Brewer with following changes:

Left in primary fermenter for 14 days.
Changed to secondary fermenter on day 14 and added 1 oz of Chinook pellets.
Added 1 oz of Chinook on day 28.
Bottled on day 42.
