Notes

In honor of all the HomebrewCon goodies, I'll be brewing the 2nd Rando Hop-rissian.

Mash with the Full volume of Water (no sparge).
Add CaCl & Gypsum to hit target Water Profile (100:100) Sulfate:Chloride
Boil for 30 minutes (+ 15 whirlpool @ ~175)

Whirlpool Instructions:
Cool to ~175, turn off chiller, add hops
Stir every 2.5 minutes ~5-10 times.
15 minutes in, the temperature should be ~160.
