Notes

Whirlpool wort for 20 minutes allowing it to cool to 70°C. Decant into fermenter and add 15 litres cold (2-4°C) aerated water. Sprinkle yeast on top, seal lid and fit airlock to fermenter. Ferment for 10 - 14 days at 20 - 22°C
