Refermented with 2kg of apricot puree. A bit of brown sugar and some honey. Added a pitch of dried us-05 yeast. |

Added some vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. Placed these in then also dumped sediment. Accidently dumped 1.5L of liquid including a lot of vanilla beans. |
