Notes

used Imperial A30 as replacement for 1272

Ferment at 62 for 7 days, rack to secondary then dry hop after 2-3 days. When dry hopping, start at 62 and slowly ramp up to 68 over a couple days. Dry hop for 9 days then cold crash and keg.
