Notes

Mash at 154F for one hour. Sparge. Get to 6.5 gallons in kettle pre-boil. After mashing, boil wort for 10-15 minutes. Cool to 110F and add GoodBelly. Store at ~100-110F for 24 to 48 hrs - until pH is ~3.5. Bring to boil (~30 minutes) and add hops. After primary fermentation, split into 3 batches - 1)lemon, orange, grapefruit, tangerine - 2)cranberry - 3)rhubarb. Dry Hop for 7 days in secondaries. Bottle
