1/2" of yeast cake in mason jar 3wks in fridge top cropped, last use. Gave 1lt of wort the night before and shaken only
New Mash Tun False Bottom!
Whole cone hops from a special person!
VERY SLOW RUN OFF. Much better efficiency
Try coarser crush?
Added 4lts of water with crushed Campden tablet
COLD start of 15 oC. Took 24hrs to start
