Notes

3 weeks in primary at around mid 70s

5 oz of dextrose for priming and it was well carbed at 2 weeks

first sampling: very hoppy nose and a nice belgiany flavor. Very drinkable

Brought this one to a party aboout 1 month after bottling and people really enjoyed it. Even non craft beer drinkers.

Have a couple bottles left that i will age and try later
