Notes

Lemon Zest - 8 Lemons peels

30 min steep at 150F
60 min boil with addition of extract and then time dispense of hops
Irish moss added for fining/clarity
Lemon zest added for flavor/aroma

Make into Shandy after 2 week bottling by adding lemonade to desired taste (will dilute ABV)

Originally planned on using Pilner extract but chose Wheat after supplier was out of stock (may choose to do Light in future depending on final results)
