150 degree Mash Temperature.
Start sparge water heating after 35 minutes, heat to 190 degrees.
First runoff - collect 2.2gal.
Add 3.3 gal water to mashtun and rest for 20 min. (see below for math)
Second runoff- 3gal

Volume of first runnings = 3.5g + 0 – 1.1g – .25 – 0 = 2.15g
Total volume of sparge water = 5.2g – 2.15g = 3.05g + .28g = 3.33g
Total volume of water needed = 3.5g + 0 + 3.33g + 1g + 1g = 8.83g = 9g
3.5g + 0 + 3.33g + 1g (pre mash heating water) + 1g (post mash cleaning water)
