Notes

This started as the sierra nevada pale ale clone that's been copied 100 times. I liked it but felt like the hops needed balancing to be really great. This my third attempt at a great IPA. I tried to get omega's hothead for yeast (voss kveik was my first choice but I can't keep it warm enough), but they had just sold the last of it. So I decided to try Imperial, a brand they just got in stock at the local brew shop. Something fruity was the goal. Any yeast that yields fruity results should make a good beer.

Basically, it's an IPA with Magnum bittering, perle half way through for that spicy piney citrus backbone, and a mix of cascade and azacca for a fruity/citrusy flavor complimented by a fruity yeast.
