10.5 gal in HLT. Begin heating water at 3:00pm. Heating to 160 degrees. Reached target temp at 3:30.
Starting mash temp 147 degrees.
Reaches target in less than 10 minutes.
Accidentally left burner on and over-shot mash target. Hit 165 degrees. Back to target at 3:50. Lowered mash temp to 155 at 3:55. |
