Notes

The initial mash temperature was achieved, but when heating to the second target of 150 temperature continued to increase after flame out, there seems to have been some stratification so that when re-circulation was resumed temperature spiked to 160 then dropped a few degrees so that the overall temperature was between 155 and 158.
