Brewed with Bulldog American West (B5) Yeast. Start at 17 and raise to 20 over the first 3 days. Fermenting near the top end of the range to lift fruity esters.

12L of strike water for a preboil volume of 13L to get 9L of 1.055 wort. Add 2L of water post-boil for 11L @1.045
