Notes

4oz of hibiscus for 10 gallons may have been a bit heavy. The hibiscus I used provided a distinctly tart lemon flavor with the more subtle strawberry. If you like spurs, you may want to keep. If you're shooting for more of a strawberry flavor back off the hibiscus by half (2 oz)
