Northern brewer kit. Grain at 41° strike calculator instructed 167°. Mash in was hot at 154°+. Handful of ice cubes brought mash to 152°.

OG came in at 1.036 likely due to poor crush( single crush from NB.. Usually use double crush)

Gravity at 1.006 on 12/13. Appears to slowing but still active.
