Notes

Jun 03, 2018: Mashed at 155F for 60 mins. Roughly 5 gallons for the mashing and 2 gallon for the sparging.

Boil Gravity is measuring at 1.020 when it should be around 1.04

Boil started with 7G wort. Boil down to 6G and then start boil in order to hit OG.

OG is 1.033. Taste is good. A bit watery.

Started fermenting about 75F, lowered down to 62F in less than 24 hours.


Aim for a FG of 1.010
