2 kegs, 20 PSI @ 38F for 3 days. Shake 3x per day, then drop pressure to 14psi for serving. |

DRY! Can't really taste lime zest, but it does have some vaguely citrus character.
Bittering hops are right, as it's not overhopped. However, has more hop nose than I inteded, maybe this will come out in the aging & carbonation. |

Started 1 packet of yeast on 1.75L of 1.040 wort on 04/25/18. Left on stir plate for ~50 hours, then cold crashed in fridge. Dropped ~0.25 L of cake. On brew day, I decanted 2/3 the liquid off, then swirled and pitched ~0.5L of yeast slurry. |

Volume was 10.25gal of 1.064 wort, but added 1 gal of cold RO water to get fermentor volume of 11.25 for 1.059 grav at 70F. |

This is the cloudiest brew I've ever made, maybe almost too much. Hope nose subsided with the CO2. The alcohol is sneaky too. Can't taste any lime at all. It's a little too full-bodied, but the hop balance is very refreshing. A real lawnmower, except that it's 7.1% ABV. |
