Massive instantaneous boil-over from 1st hop addition; lost some hops but not too much...I hope. :P I added the second hop addition 5 minutes early (25 min instead of 20) and the final addition was closer to two minutes not one. |

Well without a bottle of Arrogant Bastard on hand to compare I am still really pleased with the results of this beer and will keep the recipe for sure. It's a nice complex and hoppy brown beer that finishes a little sweet on the tongue. | ||||

As the beer ages the hop flavor and aroma really beginning to stand out in front and the malty and slightly sweet finish backs it up nicely. |
