Notes

I've brewed this several times with good results. Pay attention to fermentation temps ... cooler temps bring out more of the spice flavor and warmer temps bring out more of the banana flavor. One of my favorite Hefeweizen beers is Tabernash Weiss which is on the spicy side, so I ferment at cooler temps.
