Notes
  1. Steep crushed grains @ 149F for 20 minutes.

  2. Stir in DME and bring to a boil.

  3. Add 1 oz. Northern Brewer Hops and boil for 15 minutes.

  4. Add 1 oz. Centennial Hops and boil for 30 minutes.

  5. Turn of heat and add LME and 1 oz. Centennial Hops , resume boiling for 15 minutes.

  6. Cool wort, transfer to fermenter and pitch yeast.
