Very smooth. Smoother than BMC type beers.
Not bitter. I may even go a bit bigger on the hops next time - and I'm not a hop guy.
I didn't notice a big difference between the Nottingham and Kolsch yeast batches. But - I drank them 1 hour apart. I need to try them side-by-side to see which one I prefer.
Very happy with the way they turned out. |
