Already dry, but will let it go at 70 F for another day before cold crashing. Sulfur smell is mostly gone on first sample, but swirling in glass releases a bit more. Taste is rye and wheat of course, very little malt character, some clove, funk. |

Has banana overtones for first aroma, which gives way to light maltiness. Taste is fruit forward, with a spicy finish. Might need more time in the keg to finish. |

Pulled out of the kegerator to put in the next keg. This is not the best beer I have made! |

After the IPA keg finished, I brought this ~1/3 keg back online. What an improvement! Much better than first tastings. I think I could make this one again, but must remember to let it age cold for a 2-3 months. |

We are really enjoying this beer! The fruity banana flavor is gone, but the spicy finish remains. Malty but not sweet. Definitely make this again, but needs to keg finish for 3 months! |
