Ran out of time on 5/24, wort was about 105 degrees so I put it in the fermentor and put it in the basement and will check on it in a few hours. Pitched yeast on 5/25 about 9am. |

Actually good! Dry hopping comes through with some light citrus and tropical on the nose without too much grassy flavor. Good bitter backbone. Probably a little too much carb, could back that off a little next time. Increasing amount of dry hops would also bring the nose up I bet. |
