Notes

Toast then coconut in a frying pan until tan to brown then added 16oz split between two paint strainer bags and place in the keg at room temp for one week. Squeeze the bags upon removal gently into the keg to get out the good stuff. This beer has a super smoot, silky mouthfeel from the residual coconut oils and a perceived sweetness from the coconut and chocolate malt. The coconut is present, but not overpowering. Perfect hot weather dark beer.
