WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Pitched yeast at 61F, ramped heater up to 70F, on 4/7. OG is right about stated at 1.046 (showed 1.040 when 91F).

Brewjacket was unable to achieve desired temperatures and never climbed above 82F. Moved the primary into the guest room and cranked temp for a day, don't know exactly how warm the wort actually got.

After a few days in secondary, mold formed on surface. Tasted beer, it tastes very good though a little sweet. Took SG reading and it showed 1.022. Racked to bucket, gave it a stir, sealed the lid with an airlock, and put it in the guest room with the heat blasted.
