Notes

Trying to brew a hazy wheat house ale maybe with some fruity flavors.

First brewed 4/7/18. Original recipe had 2.5 oz hops total, 1.5 oz Mt Hood bittering @ 60 and 1 oz El Dorado split between 15, 10, 5 0. This beer ended up with a little bit too much bitterness, and had a bit of a dank, hoppy, lingering aftertaste that wasn't super pleasant. Not bad, but probably could lower the hops, especially the late additions. Maybe bring all hops down by 50% or something similar.

Second brew 6/21/2018. Reduced the bittering hops to 1 oz Mt Hood at 60, but kept the late hop additions of 1 oz Azacca split between 15, 10, 5, 0. Will dry hop with 1 oz of a mix of cascade/centennial.
