Notes

25 kg chocolate malt with 50 liter water can be steeped in Braumeister.

50 kg of brown sugar must be dissolved to about equal amount of wort before adding to the boil. Otherwise there's a risk that sugar will drop to bottom and burn to the heating coils. This procedure is probably possible in white 25 liter fermentation tanks.
