Notes

For Oranges:

  1. Obtain zest of 2 of the oranges
  2. Remove peels and discard
  3. Separate sections of the oranges
  4. In a separate pot heat oranges and zest in 1/2 gallons of water to 160 degrees F. Turn off heat and steep.
  5. Add this to fermenter before pitching yeast.
