Using S-05 based on recommendation from Siciliano's - rehydrate before pitching

5/31/19 - updated recipe assuming efficiency gains from double milling grains

6/2/19 - brew day 2.0...didn't hit my OG --> performing a small decoction (2 qts to 1 qt) & adding 6 oz. corn sugar. Cool & add to fermentor before pitching yeast. Trying to bump OG by 5-6 points. Got to 1.046.
