Notes

No starter with US-05 Yeast
If using Wyeast 1272 make yeast starter

1st Brew - Not super bitter, but good hop flavor, very light up front with a hoppy/bitter finish light citrus tones throughout. Next time would remove Simcoe from dry hop, and increase the amount of sweet and lemon peel during secondary.

2nd Brew - Safale US-05 Yeast instead of Wyeast 1272, 2 oz of Galaxy @ 30 min instead of 1 oz
