Notes

A somewhat fruity flavored IPA, reminds me of some of the Vermont IPAs that I really enjoy. The bitter doesn't overshadow the sweet, I guess you could say it's juicy. Kind of cloudy in the glass, but I'm pretty happy with it. Gravity continued to drop a little bit in secondary, (was 1.014 after 11 days, ended up at 1.009.) My recipe doesn't include sparge amount - I just added whatever I needed to get my boil amount to where I wanted it.
