Hops are still a little sharp but oh man it's turning out good already. Still a lot of sugary-ness needs to be fermented through. Hopefully, according to 38.4% attenuation it truly is nearly halfway done and it doesn't stop short. It'll be too sickly-sweet if it doesn't go all the way through |

That was quick! fermentation slowed down, I'm going to dry hop in primary tomorrow as scheduled. It tastes a little young but has the potential to be better. |
